Guadalest is probably one of the most famous tourist magnets on the Costa Blanca in Spain. The picture formed by the freestanding elegant bell tower and the tunnel that provides access to the old centre of Castell de Guadalest is the most emblematic tourist picture in the area. Guadalest is the capitol of the valley bordered by three mountains. The 200 inhabitants are today busy attending the many tourists that come to Guadalest. The town is full of gifts and craftshops. There are great views to the surrounding areas from the town..
Guadalest has a wide range of different museums. To be mentioned The Toy Museum. The Micromodel Museum, the Torture Museum. The Contemporary Art Museum and the Ethnographic Museum.

Altea on The Costa Blanca in Spain is without any doubt one of the most delightful towns on the Costa Blanca. Altea has a beautiful old town with cobbled streets leading up to the blue and white domed church. It is a restful holiday resort with nice restaurants and plenty to do and see in and around the old quarter and the palmed seafront esplanade.

The Moraira valley is stunning. It is full of whitewashed villas, it's very green with lots of pine trees.
There are a nice coves and sandy beaches. A very special place is the beach of El Portet. Its almost like a Caribbean bay, the water is turquoise, the road to it is winding, the hills are alive with pine trees. The waters are very calm and safe for children.
